About the role

The Affiliate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing relationships across a wide network of crypto casino operators, gaming platforms, and blockchain-based betting sites. Your role is crucial in ensuring that affiliate deals are competitive, transparent, and aligned with long-term revenue goals. You will monitor performance trends, analyze data, and collaborate with content, SEO, and technical teams to ensure promotional activities are effective and compliant.

Because the crypto gambling industry evolves quickly, the ideal candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with how affiliate programs in iGaming operate. This includes understanding revenue-share structures, CPA and hybrid deals, tracking setups, link performance, bonus promotions, and player value metrics. The role also demands excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships at once.

Key responsibilities

• Manage affiliate relationships with crypto casino operators, bitcoin gambling platforms, and blockchain-based wagering brands.
• Negotiate commission structures, hybrid agreements, and performance-based deals to maximize revenue.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics including FTDs, conversion rates, player value, churn, and affiliate ROI.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to scale profitable partnerships or discontinue low-performing ones.
• Maintain clear communication with external partners to ensure all campaigns, links, and promotions are updated and accurate.
• Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to coordinate the placement of affiliate links, banners, and promotional messaging.
• Track compliance issues, regulatory updates, and best practices regarding crypto casino marketing and affiliate advertising.
• Test tracking links, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and growth forecasts.
• Participate in industry events, affiliate conferences, and networking opportunities within the iGaming and crypto sectors.

Candidate requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casinos, or financial/crypto sectors.
• Strong knowledge of crypto casinos, bitcoin gambling platforms, and blockchain payment systems.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with proven experience securing competitive revenue arrangements.
• Ability to interpret analytics dashboards and optimize partnerships based on performance data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with affiliate tracking systems such as NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access, PartnerMatrix, or similar tools.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and emerging trends.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts at the same time.
• Familiarity with online casino regulations, crypto compliance considerations, and responsible gaming principles.
